CIPD Festival of Work 2026

Recently members of our HR team had the pleasure of attending the CIPD Festival of Work, and what a fantastic two days it was!

The event was packed with insightful sessions, thought-provoking discussions, and practical ideas that we can't wait to bring back and explore within Adsyst. From the latest people management trends to innovative approaches to workplace culture and employee engagement, there was plenty of inspiration to take away.

It was also a wonderful opportunity to connect with so many knowledgeable professionals and fantastic exhibitors. The conversations, shared experiences, and networking opportunities were invaluable, and we enjoyed meeting so many passionate people who are helping shape the future of work.
