Support Contracts

Adsyst Automation provides post-sales support in a variety of different ways tailored to suit our clients’ individual needs. Our standard offering on all systems is based on a one year warranty in addition to this many of our clients take up annual Support and Maintenance Contracts which are tailored to suit their specific requirements.

Customer Care – Adsyst Automation promotes the importance of customer care and service support throughout our organisation. This is fundamental to the development and maintenance of positive working relationships with our Clients and their delivery partners.  Our organisation structure ensures that the project team has full responsibility and is accountable for the continued development and maintenance of positive working relationships with our clients, their main contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Our annual support contracts are typically made up of the following components –

  • Support Cover – Types: working week / weekends / public holidays / 24 x 7 / 365 days per year.
  • Response Time – Variable – dependant on site location eg. 2-hr / 4-hr response.
  • Annual Site Visits  Preventative maintenance programmes
  • Standard Support Services – Guaranteed response and resources
  • Equipment Covered – System specific
  • Spares holding – Spares holding service included
  • Additional services (available) – Bespoke and as required
