These are Products which may be less well known to our clients but which we have sourced to supply or have developed or added value to create specific client benefits –
For Sattcontrol PLC systems, Adsyst are the sole UK supplier for a profibus card manufactured by Elektroautomatic. This card can be mounted into the i/o rack of Sattcon15 / 31 legacy PLC and is able to read all of the Satt i/o over profibus.
Major benefit to the client? Re-use of existing ICA panel and cabling whilst migrating to a new PLC and/or SCADA system.
Special COMLI communications driver for Siemens PLC’s to Sattcontrol/ABB PLC’s. This involves a Siemens Serial Interface card CP341-1 (either RS485 or RS232) or similar. Most of our applications have been using S7-300 or 400 series processors.
Major benefit to client? Smooth transition from legacy Satt PLC equipment to new Siemens PLC systems.
Sattcontrol SC05 adapter / connection plate. This is sized to sit in the same footprint as the older SC05 range of Sattcontrol PLC’s.

Mitsubishi PLC full range, with various SCADA and HMI interfaces – we are Authorised Mitsubishi Solution Partners
LV Assemblies and IA MCC systems using Devicenet with E1/E3+, Profibus with Simocode, future IA development on Ethernet based applications
Installers of site wide Ethernet managed networks, including design and specification, fibre / copper – undertake fibre terminations and OTDR testing / certification

T-Box originally from Technotrade, is a very innovative product which allows us to add many interfaces, serial or Ethernet connected. Adsyst have used this product to provide e-mail transmission of data, local cost effective data-logging, embedded web page interfacing (like a lower cost HMI or SCADA).
